Criteria
Hunt and Hess grading scale for subarachnoid hemorrhage[33]
Grade 1: asymptomatic or minimal headache and slight nuchal rigidity
Grade 2: moderate to severe headache, nuchal rigidity, and no neurologic deficit other than cranial nerve palsy
Grade 3: drowsiness, confusion, or mild focal deficit
Grade 4: stupor, moderate to severe hemiparesis, and, possibly, early decerebrate rigidity and vegetative disturbance
Grade 5: deep coma, decerebrate rigidity, and moribund appearance.
World Federation of Neurological Surgeons scale for subarachnoid hemorrhage[34]
Grade 1: Glasgow coma score (GCS) of 15, motor deficit absent
Grade 2: GCS 13-14, motor deficit absent
Grade 3: GCS 13-14, motor deficit present
Grade 4: GCS 7-12, motor deficit absent or present
Grade 5: GCS 3-6, motor deficit absent or present.
Fisher scale[35]
Radiologic classification based on findings on CT of head:
Group 1: no blood detected
