Criteria
Epler and Colby pathologic criteria[1][2]
The pathologic features of OP include:
Organized polypoid granulation inflammatory tissue in the distal bronchiole airways, respiratory bronchioles, alveolar ducts, and alveoli
Absence of extensive interstitial fibrosis
Absence of traction bronchiectasis
Absence of histologic honeycombing.
