INVESTIGATIONS
SIGNS / SYMPTOMS
Hypotension alone may be entirely asymptomatic, with the absence of signs of hypoperfusion. With no changes over several hours, this excludes even mild or early shock.
INVESTIGATIONS
ECG and routine laboratory panel fail to yield significant pathology after observation for some hours.
Syncope or pre-syncope
SIGNS / SYMPTOMS
