Vaccination schedules vary by location; consult local guidance for recommendations. Various inhaled agents (e.g., vapours, gas, dust, and fumes; metal dust; wood [pine] dust; silica dust; and agricultural dust) and toxic medications (e.g., bleomycin, amiodarone, acetylsalicylic acid, methotrexate, busulfan, mitomycin) may result in additional irreversible lung injury. These should be avoided or withdrawn to prevent deterioration.[91]
