Patient discussions
Patients should report any unusual symptoms, particularly those that might suggest the development of thrombosis (persistent abdominal pain, severe headache, abdominal swelling). Patients receiving complement inhibitors should report immediately to a physician for any fever above 100.4°F (38°C). Any severe paroxysm of haemoglobinuria should be attended to and should be treated with adequate hydration.
