Toxic ingestions in children
Paracetamol treatment graph. This consists of a normal treatment line, which connects 1.32 mmol/L (200 mg/L) at 4 hours and 0.04 mmol/L (6.25 mg/L) at 24 hours, and a high-risk treatment line for those at increased risk of liver damage, which connects the points at 50% of the plasma paracetamol concentrations of the normal line. Patients should be treated if their plasma paracetamol concentration is above their appropriate treatment line
