Patient discussions
Patients should take medicines for treatment of acromegaly and any concurrent medical conditions as directed. They should report any difficulties with medicine adherence including any concerns about possible medicine adverse effects. In addition, they should report any new symptoms that may relate to recurrence or progression of acromegaly promptly. These may include worsening fatigue, headaches, or visual field deficits, or a significant worsening of a concurrent medical condition.
