Dementia with Lewy bodies

There have been no studies of primary prevention in DLB. Neuroprotective trials in Parkinson's disease remain at a conceptual stage. Insofar as symptoms such as rapid eye movement sleep disorder may precede dementia by many years, secondary prevention may also be considered in the future.
