Case history
A 45-year-old woman presents with fatigue and a history of positive antinuclear antibodies. She has had recurrent sensation of sand/gravel in eyes and dry mouth every day for more than 3 months.
Other presentations
Patients often present with nonspecific fatigue or other rheumatologic complaints such as joint pains, but upon questioning are also found to have dry eyes and mouth.
