  • Advice on diet and bowel habit, preserving dignity and independence

  • Continence products

  • Skin care

  • Psychological and emotional support

  • Strategies to achieve independence (e.g., planning routes for travel to facilitate access to public conveniences)

  • Pelvic muscle exercises.
