Similar predisposing factors such as placenta praevia, abnormal amniotic fluid volume, and uterine anomalies, although more common in multiparity.[1][2][28]

INVESTIGATIONS

Clinical examination and fetal auscultation may be indicative.

Ultrasound confirms presentation.
