Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Patients should be advised to return for evaluation annually or semi-annually. If symptoms such as epigastric abdominal pain or burning, diarrhoea, or gastrointestinal bleed recur, the patient is advised to return sooner than 1 year. Patients are also advised to maintain compliance with medicine and not to adjust the dose without discussion with their physician.
