Other presentations

Some patients may complain of nipple discharge. There may be incidental findings of abnormalities on breast imaging (mammography or breast ultrasound) corresponding to breast cysts, or a solid mass that on biopsy may confirm a diagnosis of fibrocystic breast changes.
