This is the third session of the IEEE SEM Magnetics Seminar Series. This series of seminars constitutes the Technical Meetings for the SEM Chapter of the IEEE Magnetics Society. After World War II, he moved to the United States where he became a pioneer of rocket and space technology in the nation.
