Monthly meeting V – EMBS

The EMBS UTN chapter invites its academic and professional community to participate in its monthly technical discussion, focusing on key principles and strategies for the effective management of social projects based on science, technology, and innovation.
This session will address methodologies for planning, evaluation, and sustainability of social development initiatives, with an emphasis on how to structure projects with measurable impact and aligned with local and community development objectives. Case studies and management tools (such as logical frameworks and Gantt charts) will be analyzed, and recommendations will be offered to improve coordination between academia, society, and strategic sectors.
