This will be the 1st Meeting to introduce new executives as well as expected activities for the term 2024.

4. Brainstorming Activity to engage members to attend meetings and participate in seminars and volunteering activities
5. Idea of involving members to host seminars in their specialty areas
6. Identification of members for outreach to tertiary institutions, and secondary school to encourage student membership and women in engineering (YP and WIE committee)
7. Proposed date for End of year Meeting and Awards Ceremony
