Evelyn Licona holds a bachelor’s degree from the ABET accredited Bob Jones University located in Greenville,SC. She works as an Electrical Engineer in Training for M. E. & P., Inc., Engineering where she has worked since June 2017.

She joined IEEE as a student in 2013 and began her volunteering until 2017, when she guided the petition to create a Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group in the Piedmont Section and later led the team as the group Chair. She is currently the Region 3 WiE Coordinator and is looking forward to meeting you later this year in Pittsburg.
