For Author Registered in Tunisia, IC_ASET’2025 is currently planned as a Face-to-Face Conference (in person event).

For Author NON Registered in Tunisia, who cannot or chooses not to travel, there will be an option for ONLINE participation (with a 30% reduced registration fees)
- 350 Euros instead of 500 Euros for Early Registration.
- 400 Euros instead of 550 Euros for Late Registration.

We are also pleased to announce that the participation fees for authors from friendly countries (Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Mauritania, and Morocco) have been set at 400 Euros only.

Each accepted paper requires one full registration.

The paper accepted by the Technical Program Committee will be published in the conference proceedings.
Paper accepted by the Technical Program Committee but not presented (online or in person) will be NOT Submitted.
