For nearly 20 years, the IEEE Lithuania Section has sponsored the Best Dissertation Award to recognize excellence in academic research and innovation. This year, Gitana Nauseda, the President of Lithuania, personally congratulated the nation’s top dissertation authors during the ceremony on December 3, 2024. The event was organized by the Lithuania LMAG, YP, and WIE affinity groups and held at the Lithuanian Presidential Palace.
