Get ready for the ICICLE 2024 conference! Key information to know for the conference:
Location: The conference is taking place at the Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, 7 East University Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85281. The closest airport to Omni Hotel is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Valet parking is available at a discounted price. Let the valet know that you are attending the LEI ICICLE conference.
- Registration starts at 7:30 on Monday, July 22nd. On Tuesday and Wednesday, July 23rd-24th, it starts at 8:00am.
- Conference sessions are 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday and Tuesday and 9:00am to 3:00pm on Wednesday.
- Breakfast is from 8:00-9:00am.
- At 8:00am on Monday and Tuesday, if you are a new (or returning) conference participant, attend “Level Setting: (re)Introduction to Learning Engineering and ICICLE.” On Tuesday and Wednesday at 8:00am, explore learning engineering in a “Sense-Making Debrief.”
- Visit with our conference contributors from 8:00am- 5:00pm on Monday and Tuesday and 8:00am to 3:00pm on Wednesday.
- A welcome reception will be on Monday, July 22nd, 5:30-7:00pm.
It will be HOT, HOT, HOT in Tempe. Drink water. There will be water stations in throughout the conference area. Be safe.
