Call for Conference Proceedings
Conference proceedings can be a version of what was initially presented for the conference, or you may choose to expand or modify your original submission based on feedback or additional ideas. Submission types include learning engineering focused research papers, examples, promising practices or perspective/theoretical papers. More information:

- Submissions are only accepted in Word document format using the conference proceedings template. Download conference proceedings template.
- After you have written your conference proceedings using the template, complete the conference proceedings form with information about your proceeding.
- Upload the Word document to the ICICLE 2024 Proceeding Responses folder. All submitted documents must include author names, affiliations, and contact emails.
Call for Conference Reflections
The conference reflection can cover any topic related to learning engineering. Whether you learned something new that you wish to incorporate into your practice, had a follow-up idea or response to a presentation, or want to share how you apply learning engineering in your context, we encourage you to share your thoughts. - Provide a link to your reflection in the form or upload the artifact to the ICICLE 2024 Reflections Responses folder.

- Proceedings and Reflections submission deadline: October 15, 2024
- Proceedings review and feedback: December 20, 2024
