The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Chapter is dedicated to promoting gender diversity and providing resources to support women professionals and students in engineering and technology fields. We aim to create a platform for networking, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to help women thrive in their careers and make impactful contributions to the industry.
Our chapter organizes various activities to engage and support members. We host workshops and seminars on technical advancements, career development, and leadership skills. Networking events provide opportunities for members to connect and collaborate, while mentorship programs pair experienced professionals with those seeking guidance and support.
We actively engage in outreach initiatives to inspire young girls and students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Community engagement events promote awareness of the contributions of women in engineering and encourage inclusive participation.
