Rick joined Copper Mountain Technologies in 2015 and is responsible for managing sales and business development in the United States and Canada. He has more than 40 years of experience in the Microwave and Test & Measurement industries. Before joining CMT he held positions at MACOM, Cobham, Microwave Radio Corporation and Radio Waves in Engineering as well as Operations before moving into Product Management and Sales Management roles.
