Joe of Salesforce

Biography:

Joe Lawless is currently the SVP for the Tech Services SDG for Business Technology at Salesforce.

Joe Lawless retired from UPS in February, 2023. His last role was as UPS President of Information Technology. Joe had global responsibility for Enterprise Architecture and I.T. Infrastructure at UPS.

Joe was a member of the UPS IT Strategy & Planning Committee, which directs UPS technology investments ensuring alignment with business strategy.

During his 40 years with UPS, Joe held numerous positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Global Network Systems, Director of Package Operations Applications, Senior Director of Systems Programming and Vice President of Corporate Repositories and Architecture before being named to his last role in 2018.

Joe is a member of the Seton Hall University Computer Science Advisory Board and he also serves on the Board of the American Red Cross of Greater NY.
