Biography:

With over 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, the lecturer is a seasoned expert in core network solutions and cutting-edge technologies. Currently serving as a Core Customer Solutions Manager at Ericsson, he leads efforts to modernize networks and develop solutions for Canadian and American  Communication Service Providers (CSPs).
His extensive career includes roles as a Senior Solution Architect specializing in signalling domains for 4G and 5G networks and earlier contributions to system testing, CI/CD, and feature deployment for IMS and UDC core systems. Since 2006, he has held leadership positions in Managed Services, Operations, and Core Network Deployment across multiple regions.
Prior to Ericsson, he worked as a Senior Engineer and Performance Manager for core networks in Brazilian and international mobile telecom companies. The lecturer’s expertise spans Open RAN, 5G monetization, and E2E 5G core architecture, with a strong focus on profitability and innovation. His academic foundation includes an Electronic Engineering degree and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at Concordia University, which complement his technical acumen with strategic business insight.
