Business Bootcamp
This bootcamp will be structured into two main phases. The first phase, Business Fundamentals & Strategies, focuses on building a strong foundation in business management by exploring essential principles and key strategies for running a successful enterprise.
In the second phase, Startup Simulation, participants will be divided into teams, each representing a startup. Through a dynamic and competitive Business Game, teams will apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, enhancing their strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Biography:
Mohamed Lajmi is a third-year Mechatronics Engineering student at ENICarthage. He is also a Business Success Coach at Business Academy, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. Formerly the Project Manager of IEEE ENICarthage SB, Mohamed led various initiatives, developing skills in team management and event coordination.
