Journée Women in Engineering (WIE)
Our upcoming Women in Engineering (WIE) Day promises to be a moment of exchange and inspiration, bringing together professionals dedicated to engineering and research. We are honored to welcome several distinguished women leading research and engineering development in France. They will provide valuable insights into the challenges of gender equality in research, offering a comprehensive overview of the current landscape.
Following a convivial buffet, the day will continue with a session dedicated to WIE within IEEE Chapters, followed by a roundtable discussion and experience sharing, where participants will have the opportunity to hear about diverse career journeys and personal reflections.
This event is a unique opportunity to highlight the contributions of women in engineering, foster dialogue across generations and disciplines, and promote a more inclusive and equitable scientific community.
