✅ Increase Membership by 10-15% – Focused on student transitions, early-career professionals, and industry engagement.
✅ Enhance Member Retention – Strengthening engagement through mentorship programs, technical events, and industry partnerships.
✅ Expand Affinity Groups & Chapters – Increasing support for Women in Engineering (WIE), Young Professionals (YP), and IEEE Senior Member elevation.
✅ Boost Event Participation – Encouraging at least a 20% growth in event attendance through hybrid and industry-sponsored events.
✅ Enhance Member Retention – Strengthening engagement through mentorship programs, technical events, and industry partnerships.
