IEEE VNRVJIET SB in association with ISOI , IEEE Robotics & Sensors are organizing presents INNO-VA-THON 2.0 – a MEGA HACKATHON on 29th & 30th January 2025 at VNRVJIET from 11 am to 1 pm.

IEEE VNRVJIET SB in association with ISOI , IEEE Robotics & Sensors are organizing presents INNO-VA-THON 2.0 – a MEGA HACKATHON on 29th & 30th January 2025 at VNRVJIET from 11 am to 1 pm.

The event was conducted in two rounds. In total 230 participants from 56 teams have taken part in this two-day event across all engineering branches from various colleges throughout country. These teams are supported by 15 final year student mentors from team ISOI. Day1: The registered 56 teams were called to the venue for the hackathon. A day-long event on 29th January at VNRVJIET where the teams began to develop their projects at the venue for round 1. By the end of round 1, an internal expert jury team from the Dept. of EIE and Dept. of CSE, Dr. D Srilaxmi, Dr. B Rajashekhara Reddy, Dr. N Akshay, Dr. B Mathurabai, Dr. A Sreenivasa Rao, Dr. G Nagaraju evaluated the projects based on impactability and novelty and shortlisted 30 teams which continued for round 2 of the hackathon. Day 2: Round 2 evaluation was done by internal and industrial juries on 30th January 2025. A total of 7 prizes were distributed, 3 projects from hardware, 3 projects from software and a consolation prize was given totalling a worth of 50,000 INR. The projects were evaluated based on technical complexity, societal impactability, working model demo, novelty and presentation.
