This will be the third year IEEE Region 4 has hosted a booth at AirVenture. This is the 72nd year so this is a well-established activity. This is an International activity which saw almost three-quarters of a million attendees from over 100 countries. We talked to people from six continents at our exhibit. We have thought of putting up a map with locations of OUs and sharing IEEE videos but have been constricted by space. We will be moving to a larger booth this year and your support will help us make that move. airventure.org has all of the stats on the activity.

Flying High $1000 level - Large logo or banner across backdrop
Air Show $500 level - Logo on flyers and will pass out materials about your society if provided

Airfield $250 Level - Logo on flyers
Your support of the AirVenture outreach will be greatly appreciated, it will aid our ability to expand our contact with the other exhibitor businesses, educational institutions, and humanitarian organizations to forge future alliances and improve our opportunities to publicize IEEE and recruit new members.
