Experience also includes utilities and the commercial sector. Joseph owned and operated ADCOMM Engineering Company for over 40 years. The company transitioned to new ownership and management under Ms. Susan Ronning. Mr. Blaschka, Jr. is now the Chief Engineer at ADCOMM Engineering LLC.
