Automatic access is granted to Region Directors, Section, Subsection, and Chapter/Joint Chapter Executive Committee (ExCom) Members: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Development (MD) Chairs.

Sections may also request a ‘vTools Engage Coordinator’ role for anyone who is not ExCom or MD Chair but needs access to Engage.

Engage is not available for use by Affinity Groups or Student Branches at this time.
