Josh Clark is the Vice President of Quality and Safety Operating Systems at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). He collaborates with health systems to drive transformation via the implementation of the IHI Care Operating System (CareOS), a comprehensive framework that integrates technology and workflow improvements to enable and empower frontline clinicians and foster continuous system redesign.

Before joining IHI, Josh was Senior Vice President of Quality and Safety Operations at Jefferson Health, an 18-hospital system based in Philadelphia, where he led the OnPoint Program for Advancing Care Excellence. This program received multiple national recognitions for enhancing safety, quality, equity, data and technology integration, and workforce engagement.
