Revolutionary improvements in heart failure (HF) treatment have been made in recent years, including the introduction of novel therapies like SGLT-2 inhibitors for HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). However, further research is needed on implementing these therapies worldwide, addressing challenges in diverse patient populations, and evaluating their impact on functional status, symptoms, and quality of life.
