Liangqiu (ST34)In the anterior femoral region, 2 inches above the patellar base, on the line between the anterior superior iliac spine and the lateral end of the patellar base.
Xuehai (SP10)Bend the knee on the medial thigh, 2 inches above the medial end of the patellar base, when the bulge of the medial head of the quadriceps muscle.
Heding (EX-LE2)At the top of the knee, in the depression above the midpoint of the bottom of the knee.
Dubi (ST35)Located in the anterior region of the knee, in the lateral recess of the patellar ligament.
Neixiyan (EX-LE4)Bend the knee at the medial recess of the patellar ligament.
Yinlingquan (SP9)Located on the medial side of the calf, in the depression between the lower edge of the medial tibial condyle and the medial edge of the tibia, between the posterior edge of the tibia and the gastrocnemius muscle, above the beginning of the hallux valgus muscle.
Yanglingquan (GB34)On the lateral side of the calf, when the fibular head is depressed anteriorly and inferiorly.
Zusanli (ST36)On the lateral side of the calf, 3 inches below the caldarium, one cross finger from the anterior tibial crest, on the line between the caldarium and Xiexi.
Weizhong (BL40)In the posterior region of the knee, at the midpoint of the transverse popliteal stripe.
Chengshan (BL57)It is located in the middle of the back of the lower leg, between the Zhizhong point and the Kunlun point, where a sharp-angled depression appears under the belly of the gastrocnemius muscle when the lower leg is straightened or the heel is lifted.
Yingu (KI10)Located in the posterior region of the knee, above the transverse popliteal stripe, on the lateral border of the semitendinosus tendon.
Ququan (LR8)Flexion of the knee, above the medial transverse head of the knee, at the depression of the anterior border of the end of the semitendinosus and semimembranosus muscles.
