| Xuehai (SP10) | Bend the knee on the medial thigh, 2 inches above the medial end of the patellar base, when the bulge of the medial head of the quadriceps muscle. |
| Heding (EX-LE2) | At the top of the knee, in the depression above the midpoint of the bottom of the knee. |
| Dubi (ST35) | Located in the anterior region of the knee, in the lateral recess of the patellar ligament. |
| Neixiyan (EX-LE4) | Bend the knee at the medial recess of the patellar ligament. |
| Yinlingquan (SP9) | Located on the medial side of the calf, in the depression between the lower edge of the medial tibial condyle and the medial edge of the tibia, between the posterior edge of the tibia and the gastrocnemius muscle, above the beginning of the hallux valgus muscle. |
| Yanglingquan (GB34) | On the lateral side of the calf, when the fibular head is depressed anteriorly and inferiorly. |
