Junior doctors’ low morale is putting patients at risk, Royal College of Physicians warns

Patient safety is suffering as a result of poor staff morale and excessive stress, a survey of junior doctors has found.

On Thursday 1 December the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) published a report, Being a junior doctor. Experiences from the front line of the NHS, based on a survey of 498 junior doctors.1
