An authors' error occurred in this paper by the Antiplatelet Trialists Collaboration (8 January, pp 81-106). In Appendix 1 (p 98) the numbers of patients lost to follow up in the Danish low dose trial should have been two in the antiplatelet therapy group and one in the control group [not 46 and 44 respectively]. This change does not affect any of the analyses.
