IEEE Transportation Electrification Council
The Field of Interest of the Council is the design, integration, manufacturing, standards, life cycle, and operation of electrified vehicles, machines, systems, related infrastructure, and interaction with energy systems. The field of interest spans all modes of transportation (on road, off road, rail, air, water, and others) of people and goods as well as the technologies, systems, and networks needed for the electrification of transportation.
