"Other" option for IR embargo period
Allow students to select a custom IR embargo length by manually entering the desired embargo period in the ETD Admin submission form

It would be nice to allow us to select whether we'd like students to select a date or time period. Alternatively, allowing students to select a date if they select "other" would work.
