Automatic delivery of scheduled ETDs
Allow Administrators to schedule delivery of etds and have them sent to ProQuest automatically on the scheduled date.

We only deliver ETDs after degrees have been awarded. Although PQ says they're ready for delivery on the ETD admin list because we have accepted them, I would only deliver after degrees are awarded. If there was a post-acceptance check to say "yes they're ready" that would be ideal for us. We have students submit after the degree awarded that won't be ready for delivery for a while.

Being able to schedule exact dates, OR have a default time frame for all ETDs (like "5 days after acceptance date"), would be great!
