Limit search results by status
The new Oasis interface lacks limits or facets to facilitate searching. For instance, we need to have the ability to limit search results by status to eliminate those that have a status of "in library holdings" or have another status.

Add streaming video titles to OASIS
The marketplace for ordering individual streaming video titles is confusing and diffuse, much like ebooks were several years ago. As with ebooks, we'd be inclined to order many more of these if the process of finding the titles and platforms on which they're accessible were easier.

Sort by physical book or ebook
When working in "authorize orders" it would be helpful if there were an option added to the sort by field that was for either physical book (pbk) or ebooks. When I'm ordering pbk books I often have to download records so I will do those separate from the ebooks. Thanks!

Allow searches across items Sent to Ratifier
To help me more easily track what I've selected, I keep folders for these items, but it would be nice if instead of that extra step, I could easily search across those items I've sent to our Ratifier.

Oclc record delivery
Currently, if you want OCLC record data, you have to get an amalgamation of what is in the ProQuest database and the OCLC info that database has on hand.
I would like to get the unaltered OCLC record itself as it exists in OCLC’s worldcat database. It would be fine if the TOC and summary services overlaid their info in the 505 and 520 fields (as well as a customized 845 field for institution specific linking), but we find the ProQuest amalgam record to usually be of lower quality than the matched OCLC record.
Understandably, we could also use the…

Choice of which List to send iFound orders to, rather than only 'iFound List'
When submitting an iFound order, currently the user can only add it to their 'iFound List'. It would be useful to be able to pick which List to send the iFound order to, as it saves the time of currently spent going into the iFound List and then moving the order to the chosen List/Shopping cart

Implement EAN per Account Code for EDI Invoicing with Alma
In the vendor EDI options Alma allows for an 'EAN per account code' function. When utilised this ensures that EDI orders and invoices are vendor account specific. Other vendors have this setup, however, when I queried ProQuest about this recently they advised it is not currently supported.
Implementing 'EAN per account code' for EDI would remove the need for us to manually select the vendor account (e.g. eBooks, Print, Standing Orders) on the invoice created on Alma as this would be populated by the EAN contained in the EDI file. This would more fully automate EDI invoicing and remove the…

Order print and ebook at the same time
We often order a print book and an ebook at the same time to suit different students' requirements, but OASIS currently requires us to add them to the cart separately and add order info for each of them. It would be helpful if we could select both formats in the cart.

Searching for awards or review criteria in OASIS
It would be helpful to be able to search for titles profiled in OASIS on awards or review criteria. Can a field or filter be added to enable this?

Creating an ILLiad Add-on for OASIS (similar to the one created for GOBI)
our ILL team has asked for an add-on for OASIS, just like they have one for GOBI.
Would it be possible for the OASIS/ProQuest team to create an add-on to use with ILLiad?
Here’s the link to the main page explaining how to create and submit add-ons:
https://atlas-sys.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ILLiadAddons/pages/3149447/Submitting+AddonsWhat they suggest in the following link is to use an already created add-on and build on it. Since the add-on for GOBI already exists, the easiest would be for ProQuest to copy that add-on but use OASIS features instead of GOBI features. On the left-hand side of the page, you will…

Including BIB# on order slip that is in book
As the inclusion of the bib would be useful for cataloguing purposes, it should be fairly simple to add it to the information that is on the delivery/order slip that is inserted into a book. It would save the cataloguers having to look it up.

eBook licence display
Oasis already displays the licence types for e-books, so perhaps they could just change the current statement from “Download and online” to:
“Full download and online” for e-books which can be downloaded in full and “Partial download and online” for e-books which are only licenced for partial download

ability to select multiple subject classification ranges
I would like to add multiple classifications into one search (see screenshot). But it seems like if I add one, then click on "select classification" it just erases the previous selection.
For example, I'd like to make multiple selections for an ongoing project. (Sort of like I can make multiple selections for Readership Level.)
For this project, I need to keep up with new books in many related LC subjects:
T174
TL581
TL790
TL794 (for the TLs, a range would be okay)
HD9711
QB500
KNQ3469Is this possible? If so, how do I do that? I know I can create…

Automatically populate order info fields depending on format
If a selector picks an ebook, we would like certain order info fields populated in the same way, e.g. Location: Online Resources; Loan Type Reference; and Sequence: Electronic Books. Most print books are also treated the same way, e.g. Location: University Library, so it would be helpful if these fields could be populated automatically. This would reduce work for selectors and reduce user errors and subsequent queries for ProQuest and for Library Procurement staff, e.g. when a selector picks an ebook and says it is for 4 week loan.

Leisure Reading Granularity and Auto Approval for Academic Libraries
Academic libraries struggle to create leisure reading collections for undergraduate students. We'd like to see more from Oasis in helping us shift these over to auto approval plans that take advantage of the traditional print runs of these materials (particularly graphic novels) and assist in building hands off products that solves these issues.

Fund code tree/sub-directory
Would like the ability to also assign fund sub-codes to orders. For example, select a faculty as the main fund, then choose from a list of program sub-codes.

Create a 'date created' field to the My Lists page for sorting
It would be useful to have a 'date created' (or 'date modified') field in the My Lists page, so that it can be sorted by most recent list. Alphabetical order does not help to identify new/old lists that could then be deleted.
