    Ebooks should show all of the lists/profiles they have been added to and if we are removing it from one list we should have the option to remove from multiple lists.

  2. Please let us put more than two fields in "Request Form Dropdown Field label".

    Now we can put only one field in "Request Form Dropdown Field label" so we put "campus". However, it should be perfect if we could add a user status like Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Teachers, Researchers, and so on.This shoule be useful for requester statistics.

  3. Icon to cancel mediated request/Auto-reply when submitting a mediated request

    Currently, once a mediated request is submitted, it cannot be canceled, so it would be useful to be able to cancel it. To make it happen, it would be nice if a use receives an automatic reply when submitting a mediated request - ideally a cancel icon is included in that reply.

  4. Discount information in LibCentral should be reflected into ebook prices of mediate request page

    Currently, discount prices are in book details of LibCentral but they are not reflected into ebook prices of mediated request page so to confirm discount information before purchase, admin users have to click a title to go to its book detail page. I want to request this to save their time.

  5. Drop-down menu Fund Codes

    The values ​​entered in the Fund Code Controls currently only appear in the cart as a dropdown menu.
    The drop-down menu should also be displayed in the Patron Request so that you can see exactly which Fund Codes have already been created and should therefore be used

  6. DDA - Date Removed

    It would be nice to have a "date removed" field for DDA titles. As titles are removed between file loads, patrons occasionally come across a record that has been removed from ProQuest but not from the catalog yet because the monthly file has not been created yet. If a title had a note of when it was removed from DDA, that would help clear up these problems. It would be similar to the "date added" field, but would be "date removed from DDA".

  7. Receive notifications for titles removed from the DDA pool outside of the biannual ebook process

    We've had instances where faculty members ask if we have an ebook available for a class that they'll be teaching in a different semester. At the time we receive the question, we have access to it as we have activated it as part of our DDA pool. By the time the class comes, it has been removed by the publisher and we no longer have access.

    We would like to receive notification of the titles that will be removed by the publisher outside of the biannual ebook removal process. By the time it hits the MARC removal list, we are…

  8. Alert on new titles

    Is it possible to implement alerts on recently added titles according patron's search terms? Referring to my experience this could also help promote DDA. Thanks.

    Users would like to have noted the date a title was added to a DDA list.

  10. Track ebook upgrade costs

    If using a DDA deposit account and using this money for upgrades too, it would be useful to be able to track the cost of upgrades via the budget tracker or a separate upgrade tracker

  11. Reference to purchased titles in mediated extened access process

    For the extended access at 1U and 3U we would like to use the mediated process, but here the user is not informed that the title is actually already purchased and therefore moderated.
    We would like to refer to the purchased/owned title before or during the moderating request.

  12. Message field of request form should not be an optional

    Currently the message field on a request form for mediated-DDA is optional but many administrators want users to put comments. So I request administrators can select it's optional or mandatory.

  13. Export of Librarian Comments

    It would be great to be able to export the Librarian comments in an CSV file. It would help librarians to analyse the comments and to communicate to stakeholders, for e.g. why DDA titles got rejected.

  14. Ability to vary settings on DDA Profiles (e.g. STL on some profiles, straight to purchase on others) aka "Differentiated DDA"

    The option to have different settings for different profiles e.g. by purchase type, by subject etc.

    The ability to select lists of titles to be Autopurchased automatically when enabled for DDA.
