Allow individual users to disable 'Research Assistant'
According to the support page FAQ, the library can disable this for all users, but users can only toggle on/off. This annoying and disruptive feature automatically opens itself when first trying to search in a book.
The FAQ page says "End users want to use genAI tools". This is absolutely not true for many. I want to get on with research without having to constantly click away from this nonsense. It is now making me search for alternate means of access to works when I see that they are available on Proquest.
