Patron Account expired | Still active in LibCentral
Once you fill in an expiration date for a patron account, the account will be non-functioning from his day on, but the status in LibCentral still stays on "active" further on. Would there be the possibility to change the status automatically to "inactive" once the account is not useable anymore?

Please let us put more than two fields in "Request Form Dropdown Field label".
Now we can put only one field in "Request Form Dropdown Field label" so we put "campus". However, it should be perfect if we could add a user status like Undergraduate Students, Graduate Students, Teachers, Researchers, and so on.This shoule be useful for requester statistics.

Show Digital Course Reserve flag on order confirmations
Would it be possible to include something in order confirmation emails to show that a purchased title is a Digital Course Reserve title. The current DCR flag on Oasis is quite small so staff may not always note that the title has restrictions on use. It would therefore be useful to be able to easily pick up any DCR titles via the order confirmation.

two languages needed in description
Bilingual books seem to only have one language in the description. There are children's books in english and te reo Māori, they are really only useful to people learning te reo Māori but impossible to find as they are categorised as English e.g. https://bibliotheek.ehb.be:2202/lib/twoa/detail.action?docID=6425713&query=kanohi

"Load Period" to be hidden for messages of book purchase
Could the "Loan Period" shown in the automatic message template be hidden for the libraries who only adopt DDA book purchase model?
The item "Loan Period" confuses the users about accessing the books.

Access model option of Purchase Matches
When looking up with eisbn in Title Match and executing Purchase Matches, it would like to be able to select the access model (e.g., 1 User, 3Users).
when several books are purchased in batches, but there is an inconvenience that I have to modify all of them because I cannot select the purchase option.
I hope it will be improved.

Notify on Request.
Currently, there is no page where users can see the status of purchase applications.
It would be better to send notification email on request when user request a purchase.2 votesThank you for your suggestion. Highlight on mobile
Currently, to highlight on a mobile device such as an iPad, each word has to be tapped individually. This is very time consuming and laborious. I would like to see the ability to highlight multiple words at once as is possible on a computer, for example dragging across the screen with a finger and/or mobile pencil to highlight the desired portion.
I use digital textbooks as an affordable and convenient alternative to hard copies and having them on my iPad makes them easy to access and interact with. I believe this would benefit many students as iPads continue to increase…

Academic Complete package creates bespoke links to topic areas within the subscription database e.g. Diversity Equality Inclusion
That the Academic Complete package creates bespoke links to topic areas within the subscription database such as the Diversity Equality Inclusion Collection title lists. Such bespoke searchable collection links could easily be copied and inserted in to Library marketing/social media communications and promotions on Awareness days such as International Women’s Day. Also collection links set up for perpetual access University funded Customized Collections such as The Self-Care Collection. This would increase visibility of the individual collection, target key audiences, increase value for money and promotes the ProQuest product across a new wider audience resulting in greatly increased usage.

Username Login Prompt
Include a prompt on the login page that helps a user remember that their username could actually be their email address. Too many users forget their username (especially over the summer break) and then create new accounts and are shocked when they cannot find their bookshelf. Having some kind of prompt is ideal.

Retain and provide usage for full calendar years
This idea is closely related to another that address availability of 2018 usage. It is very important for subscribers to have monthly usage totals for titles for a full calendar year in order to have complete and accurate usage counts. When titles with usage are deleted or omitted from a report based on the run date of the report rather than retained and provided for the date range selected, valuable product history is lost – history that customers use for making renewal and/or purchasing decisions.

Add selected titles from a list to your cart before ordering
Currently you can only add an entire list to your cart. Our institution would like the ability to add selected titles from each list to a cart in order to place an order. Currently, Ebsco and Midwest both have a function where certain users have the ability to suggest purchases and one user can actually place the order from the other users lists/carts.

Remove requirement for patrons to log in when downloading a DRM free title.
I would like to see the removal of th requirement for users to login on title that are DRM-free. I see this as removing an extra step and relieving some of the frustrations that some of our users experience.

Track ebook upgrade costs
If using a DDA deposit account and using this money for upgrades too, it would be useful to be able to track the cost of upgrades via the budget tracker or a separate upgrade tracker

Improve pricing transparency
Some publishers such as Elsevier or Springer multiply the base cost of the ebook. On LibCentral the price shown is not what we end up getting charged for in these cases. Could you calculate the actual cost of the ebook at the point of ordering? That way we can assess whether we want to purchase the ebook at that price or not. For example, we recently purchased one ebook for $57.51 but when the email confirmation came it was for $115.02 as Elsevier charges twice in that case.

allow for more attributes to be passed in reports
there are more elements that can be extracted from the info our users pass you to authenticate that could be added to reports, for example role (undergrad, grad, faculty, staff) or school (Medicine, Engineering, Business, etc.).

Change the Availability Messaging on titles to be customizable
We would like to replace the current default availability message that occurs to patrons that have not signed in/authenticated, but have clicked on the ebook url link from library catalog or discovery layer. from "Sorry this book is not available. Please contact your librarian...' etc to another more meaningful message (for example)
"Please login to continue using this and many more Ebooks on ProQuest Ebook central portal"
If we can choose, we would rather have this workflow:
a. Find a title through discovery MARC records search in our internal search – click on the link – observe the title record…2 votes
