A process in which teachers provide one another with feedback, support, and assistance with the goal of improving teaching performance (Note: From 2004-2005, the Descriptor "Peer Coaching" was carried in the Thesaurus.) Prior to 2008, this concept may have been indexed under "Teacher Improvement."
