Developed a survey capable of reflecting hidden cases of rape and of documenting a dimensional view of sexual aggression/sexual victimization. A study of 50 Wisconsin public school districts that engage in formal collective bargaining revealed that the pupil-teacher ratio tends to increase slightly as bargaining becomes more sophisticated.
