The dismal results of 2011, 2010, 2009, and previous years WAEC and NECO Senior School Certificate Examinations (SSCE) show the pitiable state of education in secondary schools in Nigeria. The youths of today live in a digital age. Web technologies and sites have become an integral part of the youth culture. Today's youths use the web tools to create and communicate via blogs, wikis, pod casts and digital video. In essence, the youths of today are digital learners. Educators can tap the enthusiasm and creativity of students to shape and carry out their education agenda, while preparing the students for external examinations such as WAEC and for the workforce of the future. This paper enunciates the practical and effective ways to teach with information and communication technologies in secondary schools in Edo State that will enhance the learning ability of these digital learners. This will in turn improve their success ratio in the WAEC and NECO examinations.
