APPA's six regions serve member institutions across the United States and Canada. They function independently from international APPA and offer their own educational programs, annual meetings, publications, and other benefits. Each region also maintains its own set of officers, committees, and activities. Participating in regions and state and local chapters is a great way to become active with APPA. Many APPA board and committee members began their service at a regional meeting. This annual report provides an update on what happened at the 2009 regional meetings.
