Investigated that communication process between substitute teachers, teachers, and administrators, analyzing the process of getting substitutes and permanent teachers together to discuss their respective communication techniques in a planning meeting. While administrators and teachers considered the meeting successful, substitutes did not feel like much was accomplished. (SM)
