Many colleges understand the importance of teaching students how to work well with others and make an effort to introduce this during orientation week. But do students retain this skill throughout their college years and well after college? Argues that in order for these efforts to be effective, this practice needs to be made an integral part of campus culture. (Contains 12 references.) (GCP)
